I need to purchase a t-shirt as a gift for my brother. He usually wears a 3x, however some places sell vintage styles of shirts that run small. How do the sizes run? I know they have measurements, but I honestly have no idea what he measures. Any help would be appreciated.

try taking a measurement from one of his other shirts.
or just buy the biggest if thats wot 3x means .
    or google size comparison chart.
    hope this helps :)

the newer shirts run smaller than the older ones- like Green Disease and LBC. Both are very good quality shirts
