Having Grandma Taxidermied: Ed & PJ's preferences? Your's?

So my grandma died and I'm obviously going to get her Taxidermied, and you know, I do everything Ed and PJ do, so does anybody know where Ed likes to get his Taxidermy Deeds Done? Does he prefer polyurethane or clay?
Can't wait to have her "mounted"! Thanks!
NOTE: any similarities to any other threads is merely a coincidence.
