Actually pretty much exactly what I said to my mom yesterday night when I informed her that I plan on attending both shows!

I love MSG shows as it could not be any more convenient for me....I kind of feel bad for those who have to traffic in, hustle for a train at midnight, pay up the nose for a hotel and/or parking etc....wait, actually I don't give a fuck ;) ....the 2008 shows were awesome--feels like it was yesterday...

Tough call... I'd say get TC tickets, then if you happen to find much closer tickets on TM, then you could buy those, try to sell (at face or lower) your TC tickets, and if no one buys those, then you sell your better TM ones.

I was wondering the same thing. Should i try 10c or TM. Oh yeah any idea how much tix are going to be?

going to the 21st show with my son, we were at the philly halloween show which kicked ass, I was also at the 30th show in Philly which was pretty awesome too, now time for a NYC show to bring back those memories I was hoping to Philly boots by now just like everyone else, didn't expect to go to another live show before the bootlegs were out but it looks like that will be the case.

I'll be there on the 21st with my stepson (the 12 year old kid on the Perth 09 bootleg).
His first rock concer: Pearl Jam at Perth (ME Stadium).
His second rock concert will be Pearl Jam at MSG.

Fingers crossed there will be no hassles getting tickets

I've decided to only do the second night. 4 shows is enough for me. I need to save for the 20th anny.

so i think im going to both shows..definaintyl one..but probably both..my gf and i have our 6 year anniversary this week i think shes buying me a pair for night 1 and im buying her a pair for night 2 lol

i was also wondering which would be the better option for buying tix since my number is up there in the 44xxxx and i dont mind being high up as much as i would mind being the back of the floor because we arent tall people

if i do do ten club and am lucky enough to get a pair i think ill only do that pair through the club and see if i can get anything on tm or pay extra and get good seats on stubhub or ebay
  • I am going to both nights and the 20th is my birthday. WOO HOO!!!! I can ‘t believe they are playing on my birthday again . The first time was in Cleveland 06.

You get big balloons. Like huge ones. Ones which will inflate to about 36". Buy like 10 of them. Also buy 20 glowsticks.

While killing time waiting for them to go on stage, inflate them. It's not as hard as it looks, but it takes time. Before tying them off, crack 2 glow sticks and throw them into the balloon, then tie them off. Once you have 10 of them... just wait for the show to start.

After the first song, drop 5 of them from your corporate box. The glow sticks will bounce around like crazy inside the balloons, and it'll be really cool. Toss out the other five a little later.

I did this a few times for grateful dead shows in the early 90's.

...you can also write a song request on the balloons, since inevitably 1/3 of them will end up on stage. Or you can write "Let the Hoff play drums on SOLAT".

    :D
    Not bad at all
    I like it

and I can write play wash you fuckers on one

May 20th for sure, at all costs.
  • Seriously considering the trip from Toronto. Why not? Would be crushed to just secure tickets to one of the shows though. Absolutely have to do both.

I just realized that The Black Keys were only doing the first show and Band Of Horses were doing the second. Thought The Black Keys were doing both. I was planning on going to the second which is good cuz i'd rather see Horses than the Keys.
