that sux for sure. just a friendly reminder for people that don't recall... I was a member in '92, can't find it, but I'm pretty sure my number was 15,xxx. rejoined in 98, lapsed again! rejoined in 2000 and now i have 214,xxx.
still lovin life and lovin PJ... when I get in the building to see them, I am very happy.

If someone ever purchased something from the Ten Club member they were then assigned a number. They were not considered an active member cause they didn't join the club.

If you then joined the club you were grandfathered in with the pre-assigned number. So it happens that someone who joined later than you would get a better number.

This just irks me because being a member previously (94-96) didn't count for anything when I activated my current membership in 2001, yet someone who joined two years later gets a lower number than mine because they bought an item before that.

Interesting. I was going to say I should be really pissed that I joined in 2000 and got a higher number (245XXX) then someone that joined 3 years later got. Seriously though, if I had known then what I know now. Having a sub 100XXX 10C would almost be enough motivation to kill someone and assume their identity "Talented Mr. Ripley" styelz! That or build a time machine...
