it is band of horses...

a member of band of horses is my college roommate's brother in law... they will be opening for pearl jam - 100% confirmed.

    this is one of the few bands that will actually get me inside for the opener. Other one was My Morning Jacket.

    they have a new album coming out i believe in May. The first with their new lineup, a 5 piece

    Kinda from both. They formed in Seattle but Ben (lead singer) is from SC, and he has since had the whole band move to SC permanently to record.

    based in charleston, sc...

    my old roommate was at a business conference thing, so he couldn't really talk, but he said they will not be coming to south carolina (i don't think there aretoo many SC peeps here, so this shouldn't be too mch of a disappointment).
