New Dead Weather

Heard this from a local dj. New Dead Weather single will be called "Die By The Drop" and is scheduled to be released sometime in April. Looked up on wiki and they have no mention of this just that they have a song called "Blue Blood Blues." :)

edit: Maybe one is the single and the other is the name of the album?

    funny, i'm writing a paper based on the song "will there be enough water?" by the dw right now.

    The first single is indeed called Die by the Drop. Jack mentioned it in the vault chat a couple weeks ago. :)

    it's really cool. i love it. i've also got the subscription that includes the quarterly shipment of records and other stuff. it's like christmas four times a year for someone as obsessed as me. :D

    Yeah, it would be nice if they would play PA once.... but no...all we get are 4 Pearl Jam shows.... ;)

    I'm liking the new single by Jack's wife as well, Karen Elson, that is going to be released by Third Man Records.

    the play PA, just not philly. :lol: I'm almost positive Jack White hates philly. He always seems to skip our city.

    Dead Weather first time- no.
    Raconteurs- no (they did play AC and i think opened up for Dylan at the Spectrum or Wach, Center a few years ago).
    White Stripes- '01@ Northstar Bar, '02@ The Troc, '03 in Camden at The Tweeter, '05 in AC, & '07 in Wilmington, DE (I was at that show :D ).

    Agreed! I need to see Warren Haynes/Gov't Mule some day. I love the acoustic album he released of his early Bonnaroo performance.
