With Alice in Wonderland earning over $100 million dollars this weekend, audiences (and theater owners) seem particularly receptive to 3D films. In this context comes news that a 3D film presenting Phish in concert is expected to hit theaters next month. Phish 3D will present footage recorded at last year’s Festival 8 event. While an official release date has yet to be announced, a website has just launched, along with an accompanying Facebook page. Thus far, the most commercially-successful 3D concert films have been Hannah Montana/Miley Cyrus: The Best of Both Worlds Concert and U2 3D , the latter of which was produced by our publisher, Peter Shapiro.

A bit embarrassed I had to look up what a wook is on urban dictionary, but yes, I'd say you're right, they and their fans are definitely a bunch of wooks haha. I'm proud to be one of them.. you in the lottery for anything, Oxxys?

Actually, I'd say about 60% of phish fans are NOT wooks, we all have good jobs and have grown up since college, but still go to many shows. It's the wooks who give us a band name/reputation, and stick out from everybody else, so that is why people see so many of them at shows.

and go to http://www.passedoutwookie.com, not sure if it still works or is updated, but it used to be pretty funny

and did anybody score a ticket to the preview for the movie and want to sell me their poster?? I'll buy your movie ticket for you

where's crossgates? I'll be at the closest one to western mass, but who knows where that will be. I did end up scoring my buddy some tickets to the sneak preview show in boston, so he is hooking me up with the poster which is cool.

And I have a hold on my credit card for 4 tickets!!

for those looking for the posters, looks like you can preorder them on drygoods, not a silkscreen or anything
