Burning cd's question

I have a mac mini and just burned cds for a friend. When I load a blank cd I'll get a box asking if I want song titles/cd text displayed....something of that nature..... in which I click on signifying yes. The cds burn fine but when my friend plays them there are no song titles! Can anyone recommend a program for this?

Thanks

I've not used a Mac Mini so this may be speculation...

I remember reading that iTunes uses a non-standard spec of ID3 tags for mp3's. The evidence for this (as I remember reading) is found in the multiple fields for entering information about the media file which are not part of the recognized standard by the ID3 organization. iTunes kind of goes above and beyond other programs (for good or bad) with the ability to enter information.

The ID3.org web page lists some compliance issues with iTunes tag editing and may explain the difficulty you're having. http://www.id3.org/Compliance_Issues
