    Even though I hate her with a passion and woulda been happy to blame her for plagiarism, I don't think it's the case. "skinny little bitch" is a term that is widely used among females to "gently" refer to another female who just might be better looking and...whaddayaknow...skinnier than themselves. So, I'm thinking she named her song thinking along those lines. Hell, I don't even think she might remember Satan's Bed with that cocaine-clouded pea-brain of hers :lol:
