  • I have seen them twice (1992 and 1994), and they are terrible live.

I was going to get tickets yesterday but after seeing the price, no chance. I love Aerosmith but they are taking the piss a little.

Will either watch the at Download or the heineken festival in Venice instead.

I saw them in '99 and they were great. The were even kind enough to play I don't want to miss a thing which allowed me to go for a piss and not miss anything worthwhile. :)

The O2 is such a great live venue, it was just too good an opportunity to miss. I think it's going to be amazing.

I agree that the tickets (@£75 plus booking fees) are on the pricey side though.

Tyler has got to fund those snakeskin cod pieces somehow I guess!

What ticket did you get for £75?

I saw them in 95 for the first time, I took a teenager from my classroom for his first concert. Eh they were ok I guess but for 95 pounds that's way too much.

I have seen them twice before and loved them both times, I'm just not willing to pay that much.

I would rather pay a little bit extra and see them at a festival with a few hundred other bands.

I'll be seeing them at Download around the same time. You might get STP supporting them at the O2, I'm sure I heard they were supporting at some other shows - might soften the blow from the ticket price!

Man, last time I saw these guys, was probably the early 90s ... saw them no less than 5 or 6 times between 1986 and 1990 or so ... usually had front row at the New Years Eve shows @ the Boston Garden.

With zero hesitation I'll stand behind the statement that their debut album is still one of the best made debut records in history, and their first 3 or 4 albums are still in heavy rotation for me.

Never said Aerosmith were rubbish!?

I saw them headline after chris cornell @ hyde park.. you were probably there...i only knew their like 1 or 2 hits but was a cool show, my mate is a big fan and told me the song i dug was eat the rich.
  • I saw them at Montage Mountain back in '94. I hate their newer material but I still thought it was a great show. I was impressed by Joey's drum solo - caught me completely off guard.
