I sometimes feel like pearl jams music relates too me so much it's uncanny. I have the delusions of grandoiser they were written just for me...that is a quality that the members have relating the music...sometimes it gets to close...way to close. Any club memebers feel that way?

That's what makes Pearl Jam such an awesome unit. Everybody can take something from nearly all of their songs. Lately Present Tense has really resonated with me.

I totally relate! And the shit just keeps coming, and knocking on the door, at the right time messages are dropped, words delivered, I mean always at the exactly right moment.

Examples wouldn't do what I'm saying any justice. It's constant. That's why I don't like to "pre-read" any song lyrics. Sometimes a song will play as background, and then when I start to like it and listen to it, I think "where has this song been all my life" (well playing in the background, mostly). And then the words and music just seem to so fit what's going on exactly in my life at that moment. Weird huh?

    Isn't Pearl Jam just grandiose!

... and I believe the song needs me. I was written for the song and my spirit gives it breath in a sense. I feel like you are referring to the yin and I the yang, or vice versa. So I feel obligations to entities that move my soul, in ways like you describe.

i completely agree. Except sometimes it's troublesome because i write songs as well, and when im experiencing something and i wanna write about it, pearl jam already has the exact song i wanna write!
