So this was posted on the Official Memphis in May Facebook page earlier:


"part of the line-up for Beale Street Music Festival has slowly been leaking out. Alice In Chains, 30 Seconds to Mars, Blues Traveler, and Puddle of Mudd have all been confirmed. Lots of rumors circulating about Pearl Jam as well..."

    i bet the rumors started here and migrated there, and now theyre working their way back here and doubling in strength. they (beale st fest) do announce the schedule on thursday though.

    I think the rumor started because a dj in Memphis mentioned that he knew the promoters contacted pj about possibly playing. I think we all know that if Beale Street is willing to pay they will play.

    I've attended Memphis in May off & on for the past 20 years. I've not anticipated Memphis in May's lineup in years. I've found that in the past 4 or 5 years that the lineup has been less than desirable. Here's to a stellar lineup on Thursday that includes PJ!
