    This is one of the songs that truly captures Neils brilliant writing. It is such a moving song, yet it is written about his old car that died on him. First time I heard it I thought it was about someone very special to him that passed away. Neil is like no other..

    and here in lies the brilliance of GREAT songwriting. i also have read how it's about an old car of his, but lets face it, if you didn't know that background then then song has a completely different meaning to the listener.

    and for this very reason, it's also why i am a fan of ev's lyrics.

    The Olympics over the past 2 weeks were great, but I thought the closing ceremonies were a little disappointing, the first part was good, but once the brought out nickelcrap and avril...that was it for me. Personally Calgary has had the best closing ceremonies of all OLympics that I watched. But then maybe after the big hockey win...
