I too have never seen "Into The Wild." Shame on me!

I refrained from seeing it, because I wanted to read the book first. I just never remember to get the book while at the library or bookstore. Doh!!

It's actually been in my Netflix queue for quite some time...

I own two copies of Single Video Theory on VHS, one wore out and one unopened. I no longer have a VCR, and have yet to buy it on DVD. I love this, and have bid on it on ebay a bunch of times only to be out bid. I should stop being so cheap and just pay for it on the website. I don't know why I haven't.
I am lost, I'm no guide, but I'm by your side

My confession: I thought Into The Wild sucked and couldn't even finish the movie. Going to give it a while longer and try to watch it again....one day. Love the soundtrack though.

I got Into the Wild from the library, tried to watch it one day while I was exercising. It was too sad. I turned it off. I found a wish list the other day and it had the Italy dvd mentioned above. I've never seen/heard everything of pj! imagine that...

  • Similar to the Drop in the Park story, I missed PJ at Pinkpop in 1992, because my boss did not allow me to take another day of. The other day being the day to see Guns n' Roses (with Soundgarden and Faith no More supporting). I remember sitting at home watching the highlights, just kicking myself...

The versions of Porch, RITFW and especially Black. Thinking about it now, it still makes me despair.

dude i'm digging your picture. can we get a bigger close up?
Beavis: All my friends are brown and red? What does that mean?
Butthead: It means that his friends are like turds and that they like suck.
Beavis: Heh heh. Oh yeah. Yeah! Get those spoons out of my face before I shove them up your butt!
    Butthead: Huh huh.

  • I had an all-access backstage pass at Lolla 2007 sitting at the front gate for me. Too bad I didn't find out about it until I got back home. Doh!

    Never Watched it YET!
  • I chose not to go to 10/31/09, worried that I'd miss watching the Phillies in the World Series. We did indeed make it there, so I got to see Cole Hamels self destruct instead of a marathon 3 1/2 hour show.

p.s. I don't own backspacer. I might buy it used. our grocery store now plays "just breathe" in addition to cvs playing it. how about that!

when i was packing up my groceries at the self serve thing, my husband walked over and i said, "do you hear that?" and he said he was wondering if i heard it and i said i felt like i was going to cry.

  • I chose to go on a date with Ms. Teen Tennessee in 1994 instead of seeing PJ in Memphis that night.

I also didn't go to the Nashville show in 2000 because I had an XFL tryout which I went to with a hangover and a broken wrist.

No, I didn't get to fuck the girl and I didn't make the team.

Moral of the story, never choose anything over Pearl Jam.

Memphis 94 is something I still regret to this day.

Into the wild is a great movie and of course awesome soundtrack :D put the boys to bed and get your wine and watch with your spouse- it'll be fun
The only way the movie could have been better is if Eddie played the lead role- I would have seen it 100 times by now if so.
  • I had tickets to Lolla in 92, and then Randalls Island and then Jones Beach in 2000. In each case I had work trips I had to go on

I have been a fan since ten but first saw them live in 2008.

Ouch!! If it was going to be a clinching game maybe, otherwise DVR or catch the highlights on ESPN!
If there were no Angels would there be no sin?
