HD Camcorder Video to Bluray/DVD ...

I'm purchasing an HD Camcorder tomorrow and then am looking into ways to convert the video to DVD so that I can eventually watch them in HD without taking up the Flash memory.

Anyone have an external bluray burner that they would recommend? I was also thinking about getting a Bluray Internal drive for my laptop but don't know how easy that would be to install. eBay has a "Dell" burner for 217.00...which I am sure is not really a Dell burner...

I also saw a couple other options to burn HD to a normal DVD, but am not sure how "HD" that would turnout to be...

    No idea, I assume any name blu ray burner would be as good as the next.
    From dvd burner personal history, I wouldn't buy a Samsung.
