So guys, I know I love pearl jam lyrics and I think they can be pretty deep and meaningfull or completely awesome at the same time, I was just wondering what you think about them and do you have a favourite lyric by pearl jam or a really awesome one you'd love to share??

I was just about to post this, and basically for the same reason
So, as I always ask when I run into a Canadian PJ fan - are you also a big Our Lady Peace fan? (sometimes referred to as Canadian Pearl Jam)?

Not really, I haven't listened to them in years. They do have have a few good ones out there though, but not enough for me to refer to them as the Canadian Pearl Jam

God I love that line for the beautiful image it evokes. The guitar part afterwards is sublime and gives me the feeling that I'm floating away!
He wishes he is not the moon but the moon's ethereal reflection. I picture the car parked in the woods. His eye catches that reflection. Maybe it's his lover's car. He's like the moon. He leaves and comes back, leaves and comes back ...
... which brings me back to the beginning of the song. This riff is like something I would have hummed as a kid on a swing. Back and forth, higher and higher.
Also after seeing Pearl Jam, they opened with "Why Go" ever since the lyrics, Why Go Home?, Why Go Home" have become one of my favourite
