Last night I slept with a stranger
For the first time, since you've gone
Regretfully lying naked, I reflect on what I've done
Her leg still forced in between mine, sticking to my skin
Stroking my chest and my hair, head resting below my chin
I'm a fox trapped in the headlights
and I'm waiting, for the tires to spin over me

Cos everything I love has gone away
Oh, cos everything I love has gone away

Oh the dark night is moving slower, and sleep wont rescue me
Leaving me here to suffer, this shameful misery
So I long for a taste of freedom, or at least freedom from this bed
Silently picking up my clothes, I turned on my heels and I fled
And the dark of the street is no solace to me
Oh and I don't believe my conscience, will ever be clear again

Cos everything I love has gone away
Oh, cos everything I love has gone away

You know in a year, it's gonna be better
You know in a year, I'm gonna be happy
Everything has chains...Absolutely nothing's changed. - PJ

Awesome! Did you write this?? If it's a popular song by some other artist, I've never heard it or heard of it...

    Nice work though.

Nah man, just a song that's been stuck in my head for days. Little band called Noah and the Whale, though probably not the typical palate of a PJ fan. I discovered them at Coachella last year.

You're not a Cavs fan, are you?

Nope, I'm a Boston fan. Mainly because I've always like Kevin Garnett. It was very pleasing to see him move to Boston.

Yikes. I was hoping for a Lakers-Celtics Finals rematch this year, but after the Celts losing to the Nets today, I really can't see that happening on Boston's end.

    Jesus.. :(

I was very sad to see that loss to the Nets. Not very happy over here in basketball terms. The Big Bad Celtics are showing a lot of their weaknesses. When you're a team like Boston, losing to the Nets is unacceptable.
