    That's one awful lineup. They sure do need Soundgarden & Motley Crue to save South by Southwest. Keep the rumors coming. Why not add Pearl Jam to the mix?

    Probably because that album was terrible and Soundgarden was not terrible. It really isn't that hard to put together. People dissing him and his album wanted more Soundgarden, now they got it. All is well.

    I didn't even mind Cornell solo. I was also the impression that people were dissing him because Soundgarden was so epic. They are no PJ, but I throw in Superunknown every now and again and think of better times.

    I saw Cornell solo twice and loved it. SG just makes the experience that much better.


    Edit: Billy Corgan/Zwan vs The Smashing Pumpkins is a totally different ballpark.
