Berlin Tickets on sale (link on tour section) help!

Looking to book tickets from the link on the on sale tour section... im in england... will they be shipped well before the date? have people used this link and got their tickets? reliable etc?

    This is the official ticket site for Berlin:
    http://www.tickets.de/de/customer/home
    You can chose english as language what makes it easy to order.
    The tickets won't be sent out, you can print the ticket yourself at home. After the show, you can exchange the paper ticket for a 'real' ticket (if you want to keep it).
