That's not stopping me. I dunno.

    Maybe I'll go. Maybe I won't.

it's a shitty place to see a show.

The Spectrum was a shit hole too......but at the end of the day it was still a 4 night extravaganza of PJ?

Spectrum was good from a sound/seating perspective. consessions, concourse and stairs sucked.

Wrigley, the sound/seating is pure garbage. i'd take the sound/seats at the spectrum over wrigley any day.

i hate to use this term but it will be EPIC

    it has potential.

    I love outdoor venues.
I would have rather seen them at Poplar Creek if they are going to play Chi...but they tore that bitch down to build a Cabellas or something like that.... Now that I am thinking about it I am mad about it all over again... :x

the band was sloppy as hell at the spectrum shows, the only redeeming factor was they played long and had ridiculous set lists.

we will have to see where this show will fall (assuming in the middle of a tour?) and how warmed up the band will be.

The Spectrum wasn't a baseball field

I'll be the first to admit that Wrigley is a shit place for sound for a show. Also seats if you're not lucky enough to get the field. That being said, I wouldn't miss this for the world. It's about my favorite band playing in my city in a venue that I spent a lot of time in growing up. Hells yeah it's going to be magical.

    I HAVE A DREAM
(Yeah I know it was yesterday)

2 nights at Wiggly, 2 nights at the Aragonne Ballroom for two nights of 10c only seating, and then swing up to Alpine for another 2 nights....... (doesn't hurt to have a dream)

    Let the whining begin....... :corn:

The sound at Wrigley is not as bad as some people are saying it is. I saw Bruce (with EV) there this year and the show sounded great.

If it's 2 nights, maybe they can turn the infield into a K.O.A. so we don't get raked over the coals at pricey hotels.

I just dont care to hear all the cubs banter..how he used to train it from evanstan..yada yada yada..been hearing it for 18 yrs at chicago shows..Also worried that the band will absorb some of the curse and turn to mush followin the show.. ;)

Not a hater it will be a great time.

The show was awesome and I thought the sound was great.

Don't get me wrong - Wrigley is not the perfect venue for a concert (concessions and bathrooms will be awful) but I think PJ at Wrigley will be something special.

If the Wrigley rumors are true, what are the odds that Theo gets up on stage and plays with the band at some point during the show?

I do not want to see that.

I saw Bruce at Wrigley about 4 rows deep side stage last year. It was a little cold and it poured rain the second half of the show. It was still awesome. Honestly, I'll probably forgo Ten Club tix if PJ plays Wrigley though. I'll do my best to get seats at the on sale, and if that doesn't work, I'll pony up for whatever it costs to be on the field. The regular seats are really far from the stage.

I will pass on seeing Billy Corgan with PJ.

Didn't he blame EV for one of the Cubs playoff meltdowns?

given it's a summer date, hotels will be very pricey.

do not jump at the cheap rates at the tokyo hotel: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s-fUk93645M
