Has anyone travel from the US to Cuba on a research license

Thinking of going there in November....my future wife is an M.D., so I am hoping we could be legit if she does a bit of research down there.

    There's a conference there in 2011 and I'd like to go, so if anyone has done this I'd like to hear about it as well.

    My yenta sister has a PhD in history, and lays claim to being the only doctor in the family. Now we have a REAL doctor!
