Tix for Van Show on ebay already!!!!!

well to answer someones question they already got tickets on here. They say they got the first few rows. This is the shit that pisses me off here we got 1 and a half hours and this agencey already has tickets.

    some ticket agencies have contracts with venues where they get guaranteed tickets to every show, like a season pass you can buy for some venues, this is nothing new
    50+ shows and lost count somewhere along the way

    This person might just be posting the listing in the hopes of getting good tickets. If he/she cannot, it's simple and free to delete the auction.

    but if someone were to "buy it now" wouldnt they have to provide the tickets?

    You're right -- I didn't notice that. Still, though, he/she just might be expecting to either get them for face value or to get them through some other avenue for less than $400 each or whatever. It's not necessarily Ticketmaster being in cahoots or something.

    some ticket agencies have contracts with venues where they get guaranteed tickets to every show, like a season pass you can buy for some venues, this is nothing new

    this is common practice and goes on at almost every venue
    i know a ticket broker here in NYC that have the same exact 2nd row seats for every single show at the beacon theater and it is not a connection to ticketmaster it is a connection to the venue, they always reserve some seats
    50+ shows and lost count somewhere along the way
