I was at the San Siro, the way the stage was I would say 1/3 of the seats were unused behind…but the floor was packed to make up for it. I remember looking up behind me, I’ve never seen people that high and far back before….all the way to the last row and the columns. Rome 2018 was massive too but not as big as the San Siro. There was also empty seats way in the back for Rome. I always assumed the South American 2005/2011 shows were the largest.

Bigger than the South America shows?
Yes. A few thousands. San Siro was sold out 4 months before date. Around 80.000 Then was South America 2015 shows. Sao Paolo had almost 70.000,. Chile 65.000
San Siro is not that large for concerts. Can't find the official figures for PJ, but there are some boxscore figures on the wikipedia page https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/San_Siro
Seems to be around 55k per night for most concerts in recent years.
