    lol

believe it or not Bono actually walked right past me once, it was at a massive attack show

I managed to get a grip on my worst instincts though  ;)

anyway it was the second time I went to a massive attack show and it was a HUGE disapointment compared to the first

    probably bono's fault

In all fairness, have you heard the Decca audition tape? It contains none of the songwriting magic that would make the group famous, and it's rather boring. I would have rejected them too.

The Beatles are personally responsible for some of Rock's biggest mistakes, such as:

    Yoko Ono
    Ringo's solo career
Paul's post Beatles career (sorry, but I can't stand Wings)
    Free as a Bird
    Loosing control of Northern Songs
Letting Phil Spector produce a record

I could go on, but then I'd have millions of people remind me that despite these mistakes, they are still the biggest band in the world, 40 years after they split :D

    MTV

The Who was not in control of how the venue sells tickets whether general admission or seated tickets. Besides they're also not in control of security or how the fans are allowed in.

  • This is going to be controversial, on this page, or at least worth thinking about.

The day Andy Wood decided to pick back up the heroin.

Sure, if it didn't happen we wouldn't have PJ. But we'd have Mother Love Bone and Andy Wood. I'm partial too because I grew up with him.

    Layne Staley RIP
  • Just thought of another one;

The day Tupac decided to join Death Row records. Could have, quite possibly, been what killed him and biggy both.
