OT: TORRENT ORGANIZER/SELECTOR?

i know this is off topic, but i used to have this program that let you pick which parts of a torrent you wanted to download, that way you didn't have to download the whole thing if you didn't want to.

anyway, i was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction of something like this.

    can do this with pretty much any torrent program but yeah Utorrent is the client to go forward with.

    If not uTorrent which should be? I don't know 1 client which is easier to use and it works perfectly.
