I'm gonna limit mine to one album per artist, so this doesn't get too out of hand:

Led Zeppelin: Physical Graffiti (best double album ever made)
    Pearl Jam: Vs.
    John Coltrane: A Love Supreme
Foo Fighters: The Colour & The Shape
    Death Cab for Cutie: Plans
    The Beatles: Revolver
    Miles Davis: Kind of Blue
    Muse: Absolution
Pink Floyd: Dark Side of the Moon
    Radiohead: Kid A

    Honorable Mention
Queens of the Stone Age: Songs for the Deaf (I knocked this out of my Top 10 b/c of the radio snippets; just based on the songs, it's perfect)
    Toad the Wet Sprocket: Coil
Coldplay: A Rush of Blood to the Head
    U2: The Unforgettable Fire
    Franz Ferdinand: s/t
Derk & the Dominoes: Layla & Other Assorted Love Songs
The Cranberries: Everybody Else is Doing it, so Why Can't We?
Kings of Leon: Because of the Times
    The Who: Who's Next

I was able to get rid of most of them with the iTunes "Begin at" & "End at" feature, but it's still annoying.
