So I've been listening to some old stuff lately and was wondering if Dave A gets royalties for current bootlegs. He is credited as a writer. Thoughts? Anyone? Bueller?

    Hmmmmm....good question. However if I am allowed a guess, I guess that Pearl Jam's lawyers and Dave A's lawyers have hashed out some sort of deal. I would guess that Pearl Jam wouldn't kick up any money just because they played a Vs or Vitalogy song live. I would think there was a payoff figure back when they parted ways so that Dave A wouldn't get royalties for live shows. I do think him and Dave Krusen got royalties from the Ten reissue Super Deluxe Edition because of the album and DITP packaged together.
