  • the hives are now the fifth band. pearl jam, wolfmother, ben harper &R7 and the gaslight anthem. not to fussed on the hives. but i'm real stoked bout gaslight, hadn't heard of them before seeing bruce at hyde park last year and since then i've purchased every release they've had, singles, albums, vinyls, everything. so made up i'll be able to see them and know what they're actually playing, yeeeeehaaaaah.

This could create a problem for me, getting my 13 year old to agree to listen to Pearl Jam required some severe arm twisting - I might have to actually pay him to watch some other bands (he's at the age where anything his parents might be interested in is seriously uncool).

Yes I hope so, if you see a sullen looking teen - tell him to go and tell his mum that he loves her and he's having a great time - I can live with being lied to :D
  • Kerrang are all over Gaslight Anthem, they're very much in there with the kids!
