I usually have lots of sex then eat alot.

If you are male or female you need to avoid being on your back after eating a lot. If you are female no doggy style. Also avoid overeating and then sex as your blood is diverted to your stomach after eating. Physical activity requires high blood flow that may not be available and you could cramp up easier. This is the reaon you should avoid swimming after eating as well.

The chicks I'm with all throw up after sex with me so it's hard to tell what exactly made them throw up. But I'll go with food. I feel a little better about myself now.

I find if you eat a lot then have sex, the best thing to do is move as little as possible. I have perfected this over the years and even if I haven't eaten I practice for the next time when I will have eaten. Some people might call this lazy, I just think of it as aiding digestion.
