an absolutely fantastic first full length us debut (released in the uk in 2009) from this cali band!! i first saw them open for edward sharpe & the magnetic zeroes in november...and they were so great live. the album is officially being released next tuesday...though i've been listening to a promo copy at work and don't plan on stopping anytime soon. my new favorite band and album 
they're vocal harmonies remind me of grizzly bear, with a little bit of annuals and cold war kids mixed in for good measure. their songs aren't really complicated, but every one is so beautifully done.
