I BOUGHT BOTH EV SINGLES BUT CANT GET EITHER CAZ I DNT KNOW HOW TO PUT MUSIC ON ITUNES ON MY MP3 PLAYER ONLY FROM WINDWS MEDIA PLAYR AND TH E SINGLE I BGHT FRM 10C WINDWS MEDIA PLAYER DOESNT RECONZE FILE CAN SME ONE PLZ TELL ME NOT VERY COMP SAVY WAT 2 DO

    You need to get a file converter that can convert mp4's to wma's.

    If you google it there are some free programs out there
