Finally turning out perfect for me, you could fool someone saying it is from a pizza restaurant.
Thanks to my new pizza oven that I bought recently. It never turned out in a conventional oven, top cooked but base raw.
:D

  • What kind of pizza oven? Is it like a commercial pizza oven, or something made for the home? How much did it cost?

Nah, it's big enough to cook 1 pizza, it's a small red thing that runs on electricity lol
I paid $54, was like $120 but got it on new year sale price.

It looks very close to this:

We make some Chicago style from time to time and it always turns out great. The key in a conventional oven is finding the right cooking temp.

    YUMMO...love homemade pizza
Althoug I haven't had a prob with the base being doughy in the middle, just rollthe dough thinner than you would want it too be, cos it will rise anyway.
mmmmmmm might have to make some for tea!!!
