lollapalooza 94 was called "Take the weekend off " 22nd miami & the 23 orlando. great shows This is a great recap
set list :
08/22/92- Bicentennial Park Grounds: Miami, FL (Lollapalooza) [50m]
set: Even Flow, Why Go, Deep, Jeremy, Suggestion/Alive, Garden, Porch, Rockin' in the Free World
notes: Ed warns after 'Even Flow': "I just want to tell all the photographers, you look like really nice people and those look like really nice cameras. You're standing pretty close and I can't keep control of myself, not with this many people here." Later he leads the crowd in a rousing chorus of "fuck." After Jeremy, "You guys need water ... Let's get these hose fucking going. If I need water they need water." During 'Porch,' Ed gives a little speech: "I'll be honest with you, if the Republicans win the election, I'm fuckin' moving from the United States and never coming back. I just don't think you're that stupid. I think they think you're stupid. I think that's stupid." Al Jourgensen from Ministry joins PJ for part of 'RITFW.' Another good Lolla show. 08/23/92 - Central Florida Fairgrounds: Orlando, FL (Lollapalooza) [45m]
set: Why Go, Deep, Jeremy, Even Flow, Black, Alive, Porch/(Tearing), Baba O'Riley
notes: Classic PJ show with Ed shouting, "Bring on the hurricane ... we're ready." (The winds are very high with Hurricane Andrew approaching.) He dedicates 'Deep' to himself and later points out that Domino's Pizza supports Operation Rescue and has a Lolla booth, exciting the crowd by yelling, "I just wanna give Domino's Pizza the big fucking finger ... fuck off!" During Baba O'Riley, Ed climbs atop Chris Cornell's shoulders for the final chorus.

Eddie almost stage dived on me (he was literally hanging right above me), but he moved to the other side of the stage and dived from there. I was so bummed and so relieved all at the same time (hey, I was only 13!!).
Next night - Hurricane Andrew - slept like a baby!!
