I saw them in December, they were immense!
Love Dave Grohl on drums, he was an animal and the guitars/bass have that sleazy sound to them :D

Mind Eraser, No Chaser is my fav track.

I'm seeing them tonight and I cant wait.

My fav track is a tie between Scumbag Blues and Bandoliers. I still get the chills everytime i listen to these songs.

    Enjoy!!
There was a bit of self glorification/gratification at the end of the show which some people moaned about but they'd blown me away by that point!

  • I'm not sure there's a better rhythm section in rock music today.
Believe me, when I was growin up, I thought the worst thing you could turn out to be was normal, So I say freaks in the most complementary way. Here's a song by a fellow freak - E.V
  • Just bought it today and can't stop listening. Im 3x through already and it might be the best purchase Ive made since Backspacer.

  • Just got back from the show and it was a fuckin religious experience. Was right on the gate in front of JPJ! Josh and Alain had me mesmerized the entire night, I may have a man crush on Mr. Homme. Played the entire album plus a song I didn't recognize which could possibly be a new one? Would go again in a heart beat.

  • I'm really not sure why they keep playing Roseland but its the perfect place. They had that place packed and it really is in a pretty good location, especially for me.

    i'm not crazy about roseland-

i was upstairs this time so i had a good view, lots of room, etc.

but in october it was terrible. my choices were pretty much get trampled in the GA pit and be sober, or stand in back by the bar and not see

maybe its bc im a girl, just not a fan of GA in general...

That was my first time at the Roseland and I enjoyed it. I was on the gate right in front of JPJ. I didn't notice any crazyness and moshing going on tho which i was disappointed with.

The only bad thing was I stayed sober the entire time. Would have been nice to hit the bar a few times but I didn't want to lose my spot. Ive never experienced the floor other than GA so i don't know any different. Still waiting on the day Im on the floor at a PJ show!!
