The Offical "Thank You" Ten Club Thread

Here's a thread to express your gratitude for all the 10C people who work the almost thankless job of:

- figuring out ticket allocation, lottery winners, etc.
- providing special 10C only items.
- mailing posters OUT at lightning speed.
- quickly replacing ANY store items.
- Putting up with a minority (yes, minority) of this fanbase who may be unappreciative of all that's involved.

I have been a member of a number of other major fan clubs and quickly withdrew membership because of all the problems, half- hearted benefits etc...

I think it makes me appreciate everything that Pearl Jam and its fanclub do on a consistant basis, for so long...

Feel free to post your thoughts..

    Thanks 10C guys, for always responding to my queries and resolving any problems I've had (and I've had quite a few ticket/bootleg/goods issues over the years). What's more, always doing so promptly, and in the best and most genial of humour.

    Case in point, thanks for the unnecessary email to congratulate me on eventually getting Belfast tickets when the site crashed and wiped out my order at the last stage. That was really nice.

    And lastly, thanks for having the good grace to put up with us whiny, obsessive, ungrateful fuckers day in, day out. Though you mightn't guess it sometimes, we secretly all do really appreciate you all.

    There has been way too much criticism of the 10c, especially the last few weeks. Love these positive threads. Love the 10c, best fan club around. Just wanted to chime in with my praise for our organization.

    Haven't thought once about upcoming tours. When the shows are announced I'll make some decisions. Until then, just living my life.

    Never had a problem with the 10C. They work hard for us and seem to get shit on for it. My only complaint in the past has been the "tweet" for announcing tours. I don't care when they announce the tour dates. When they do, they do and we won't miss it. But as for ordering, answering questions and kepping this forum up and running, they do a great job. Keep it up.

    thanks 10C. i always get responses to my emails and they're always nice. and you led me to meet people who knew what to do to get into the front row. and... you exist so i didn't have to deal with hideous ticketmaster and their tickets running out in less than a minute because they're crooked as hell. and you smell nice too.

    give mr snuggleton a cuddle for me. i'm sure he's sitting there regaling you all with tales of his travels.
