  • Yea, that's an awesome tune too. Nice hip-hop type beat to it, great for jamming.

got any vids of it? I'd like to see it.

  • Awesome vid!

Nah, don't have any videos. I usually sing it and play it with my old high school physics teacher. He's the true guitarist, I just make him look good cause my "suck" knob is always on ten! I love the ending of the song, though!

Haha. I always say the sign of a hard working, good guitarist is their ability to always remain so humble they put themselves down, haha.

  • I always had friends that had huge egos and it annoyed the hell outta me. I vowed to keep my head out of the clouds. Coming to this board really helps because there's so much talent in the people on here (just watch your video!) and, while I'm not the worst guitarist, I'm not close to being the best. I think you'll agree with me when I say it's all about having fun and enjoying yourself. The more you FEEL the music, the better you will SOUND

  • I agree with everything you said. Coming here does keep your ego in check, as the knowledge and talent level here is very high, and it's also very helpful.

And I agree it's all about having fun, playing guitar isn't a competition, and the sooner a player stops comparing himself to the talent around him, the more fun it will be to play. So yeah, I agree with all your points, haha.
