Security hunting down Vancouver Canuck fans at Vedder 2

Found it so funny that security was pouncing down on unsuspecting Canuck fans who were checking scores on their phones etc last night ....

I was in row one Balcony and when you looked down all you saw were guys checking the score in the hockey game under their jacket... only to be pounced on by security...

Kinda funny how security must hate the Canucks too ......

I guess the hate for canuck fans should have also been posted on the "no taping thread".....

    I noticed that too, im hoping that all of the strict policies mean some sort of pro recording, but did you see the amount of flashes that started near the end, those werent all camera phones.

    At the Centre they have a policy stating you can't have your cell phone on.

    They need to get over this. No flashes I can understand, but this seems absurd.

    I am ok with the policy.. no taping means no taping....I guess after the Vic show Eddie got cranky because he was blinded ..

    I was also told that this was the bands policy NOT the venue ...

    It was both, or at least that's what the centre's website said. (I only know this because I was checking it out online before I got shut out for tickets.) It could've been different for the EV shows though.
