Pearl Jam Groundhog Day 2-2-10

Pearl Jam Groundhog Day is an annual holiday celebrated on February 2. It is held in the United States and Canada. According to folklore, if Pearl Jam & the employees at 10c. emerge from its burrow on this day and fails to see its shadow, it will leave the burrow, signifying that the wait for "Tour Dates and Philly Boots" will soon end. If on the other hand, Pearl Jam and the 10c. employees sees its shadow, the band and 10c. will supposedly retreat into its burrow, and the wait for "Tour Dates and Philly Boots" will continue for six more weeks.

Everybody keep their fingers crossed ;)

    Anyone ever been to Gobbler's Knob to see the groundhog? My buddies and I for years have been talking about going out there and drinking Irish coffees in Punxatawney, PA at 4:30am.

    God I hope not.......don't know if I could take 6 more weeks of the Philly boot drama.

    i've never been myself...but here ina burgh i have lots of friends from punxy

    according to them all the (booze oriented) fun has been forced out of the day
