Membership renewal

Although i don't have to renew for a couple of weeks or so, i have just tried to renew my membership using the same card as i have used for my other 10c purchases and i now find it has been 'declined.' I have plenty of funds in my account but can't renew my membership. I am confused.com as to why i cant do this. :evil:

    logout and login again..or call 10c if tthis doesnt work

    No luck... I still get the same... So i have contacted 10c to see what can be done..

    No the card is good for another year or so!

    However, i have now finally managed to get sorted! :D Despite my contacting 10c i got no response from them. :o :(

    I know it is the weekend NOW! ;)

    However, my original post was Thursday afternoon and my e-mail was sent Thursday evening (GMT), giving them most of Thursday and all of Friday to respond. Obviously in the grand scheme of things this isn't all that important! :roll: :o
