All I do once the show is unzipped, Is just double left click on each song and they will load into itunes. Itunes will need to be set as the default music player in Windows. Hope this helps.

Before apple can do anything with a song, you need to put it in the library which means it converts it to m4a or some retarded file type (dont know if this messes up quality too actually) but then i guess ipods can only then play m4a as you just take them from your library and put them onto your ipod.

nokias are completely different, they do things the logical way just like every other mp3 player or portable device, its just a drop n drag format, nokias can play mp3 files.

First of all, you need to put the song you want where all the others songs are, i.e. if you have a folder named Music in C, you should put the song wanted in the folder C:\Music. Now, once you've put the song in there, you will need to open iTunes, connect your iPod, go to File->Add File To Library, then you just need to look for the song you want and sync the iPod.
    ...nokias can play mp3 files

iPods too, only the FLAC format can't be played...yet ;)

Start up iTunes, then drag and drop the music files into the iTunes "Music" tab (on the left side).
