Steps:
1. Go to a Verizon, Sprint, AT&T, or other cell service provider's retail store
2. Be sure the phones in the store are activated.
3. Be in full troll mode (i.e. avoid salespeople, and if salespeople confront you tell them you're browsing for a new phone and want to play around with them)
4. Text "Haiti" to 90999 on as many phones as you can
5. Leave store
in before "I work at a cell phone place blah blah blah"
in before "then all our bills go up to cover it blah blah blah"
in before FBI
