City of Ruins download not downloading?

I just ordered the haiti song off the tenclub site and it's not downloading. It keeps playing the song when I click download but it's not starting any downloads. :(

What do I do?!

    Hmm I just clicked the link in the email and it's doing the same thing, just playing the song in the quicktime player. No actual downloading going on. :(

    If the link they gave you is directly to an mp3 file, than you might want to try right-clicking and selecting "Save Link As" (assuming your on a PC)

    Thanks everyone. I emailed tenclub and they sent me a different link. It was quite fast as well, I wasn't expecting them to respond so soon considering I'm on the other end of the pond!
