Last night my bf blew me off on my only night off, only to wake me up at 2am to come pick him and our drunk friends up. (Not that I minded watching a movie with the dog)

He came into my work this morning and brought me a starbucks chai latte.
He knows. ;)

He realized he had to pay a price for changing plans, seems like he's got a good head on his shoulders. :)

For me? I just like accountability. If somebody makes a mistake, then I just like them to take responsibility. Perfect example: Just the other weekend I had some of my closest friends over drinking. Dan, who just recently started drinking, broke a glass in our kitchen, destroyed a brand new apple (beat it up, tore it apart, didn't even eat it) in our kitchen, and then fell over in the bathroom and pulled the curtain down and the rod completley off the wall and left it in the tub. I was drunk, and got a little bent, but didn't say anything. When we found out and mentioned it, no one came forward to say they did it, even though I knew. I would've not been nearly as bothered if he would've just came out of the bathroom and said "Hey, I pulled your curtain and rod down and I'm way too drunk to put it up myself, could I get some help?"

    But, life goes on.

I agree accountability goes along ways.

Either a nice gesture of some kind and, or, a conversation that demonstrates some understanding of both sides of the situation.
