Soundgarden?.....Reunion?

What's going on with all that? It's almost been a month since they've released the news, and nothing new has come from it! I know you want to create tension and build up steam for this, but haven't we been waiting long enough already? lol

    That's literally the whole message. So, I guess we continue to wait and see.

    Yeah I received that same email from "Soundgarden",....I guess we will just have to wait and see. Oh well! New STP music and going to see Pearl Jam in April, that'll keep me going!

    Won't happen. Cornell and SG wouldn't lead their fans on for a month and let literally every major website and even magazines print Soundgarden reunion stories only to let them down. They'd have shot it down by now. The band are definitely reuniting, if they were just releasing a B-sides collection they wouldn't need a new website or mailing list.

    I'm sure all of that will be a part of the reunion too... kim mentioned wanting to do that in an interview awhile back... would love to have some nicely mixed b-sides and a DVD release to go with my NEW SOUNDGARDEN :mrgreen:

    Maybe they're consulting with Axl Rose on how to handle PR. But yeah, it is ridiculous. At the very least, they could update the site with something meaningful, even if it's just an interview or two with some of the band members. I'm still skeptical on this reunion, and this silence isn't helping me any.

    not sure how true this is but the chicago sun times has a post up by jim derogatis about the upcoming lollapalloza. it said they had a "leak" of 5 bands. those bands are lady gaga, the strokes, arcade fire, green day and Soundgarden. take it for what its worth.
