Ryan Adams taking time off

Apparently he has quit the Cardinals and is focusing on writing books?? I guess making a new album every six months or so can burn you out. I hope he re-groups soon.

Brad Pemberton, the drummer for the Cardinals is out touring with Brendan Benson (The Raconteurs). Neil Casal (guitar) is releasing a new book of photos in March. I believe it is based purely on RA and The Cardinals. He lost the bass player of the Cardinals, Chris Feinstein (Spacewolf), a few months back.

Ok maybe its legit this time, but if he hadn’t made comments like this on multiple occasions people would give him a little bit of a break.

Not to mention he's been having serious hearing issues that have affected him in more ways than just hearing.. I believe he himself said he was having issues with his balance as a result, and getting dizzy and having headaches frequently.[/quote]
Oh yeah, that too!

Cobra-Eyez sounds like a Slayer song. I'm all for branching out, be it kind of seems counter productive to his hearing issues.
maybe hes already deaf.

"ORION update; we are about two weeks away now. Here is the full inside cover shot. The bio-robotic-spider art was done by my pal Michel Langevin ( a.k.a "AWAY" of Voivod).... we are pressing it on Clear vinyl and the cover is reflective silvery weirdness. ( also - I am not saying it's "metal" anymore- just really really fast country with screaming and crap)"
