AIC "Box" promo

Anyone ever see or hear about the wooden box that has the AIC logo on it and it's stamped "Man In The Box" AND contained the CD single when if first came out? It was issued to radio stations only. I have one but I can;t find the fuckin thing. Just wondering. I think it's pretty rare and I'm selling everything.
