what if you change jobs and it leads to out of town travel during the week?

Is that a viable excuse or are you going to continue to make shortsighted comments? Not everyone goes to an office and sits in a cage all day

well i guess it's viable but i don't understand why someone would buy tickets to an event when there is a good chance they might not be able to attend (short of emergencies that pop up). for regular season games it doesn't really make a lot of sense to me. phillies and flyers regular season tickets are easy to get for regular season games on the secondary market.

and Banner leaving (or forced out) probably means reid is here for at least 3 or 4 more years. that's got to hurt the anti-andy faction of the fan base.

So all the draft picks are signed, a month before training camp. We're a long way from the Norman Braman era. 8-)

well if you have season tix (previously purchased) and your work situation changes then you might not be able to make every game....esp if you travel

Best of luck with your job. sounds awesome

RIP Jerome! Hard to believe it's been 20 years. His death was the beginning of the end for those Eagle teams.
    Alright, alright, alright!

I was home. My Mother called me in hysterics telling that someone had died. I couldn't understand her at 1st so I thought it was a family member. She was calling me from a pay phone at the Vet because she was at Billy Graham thing when Reggie announced it. I went right out and bought a JB jersey that was 50% off. The next day they were full price again. :nono:

It was a crazy 8 days in Philly, 6/17 Barkley got traded, 6/20 Lindros was awarded to the Flyers and then 6/25

That wouldn't be a bad pickup on a cheap deal. Could be Vick's cheap Crumpler alternative, instead of the expensive/overrated Crumpler.

i don't really think so. that was kind of my first impression but it ultimately depends on what happens this year. if his team falls flat on his face for the 2nd year in a row, i actually think he'll finally be fired or will be forced to step down. expectations are as high as they've been since '04 and it's now 4 years since he's won a playoff game and he only has one year left on his contract so......14 year's the charm right? :x  (in all honesty, i do think they should be much improved this year. just sucks that j peters is out. they will miss him more than most fans realize)

14 years. good lord. fucking hurts just typing that...

and shiancoe signed with the pats...to be their 3rd string tight end.

birds might now look to sign jeremy shockey.

my training camp wish is at RB...

    mccoy obviously
    keep polk
    keep brown
cut lewis. dude ain't an NFL guy. if a RB is that small, he better have speed and/or quickness.
sign a vet on the cheap

chaney/rolle and the safety spots should be interesting.

really need graham to have an impact

team is loaded. it's all on vick IMO (and you know my thoughts on that topic).
