Heres the situation, I have a 250g macbook pro that has 188 gigs of music (95g of PJ) on it with only 12g free. I have a portable iomega ego but thats only 250g so Im looking for something larger 500-1tb to store my music. I guess the most important factor would be reliability. It would also be nice if it integrates well with itunes. Has anyone had any experience with the apple time capsule and if anyone has any alternatives please feel free to chime in.

Thank you in advance for any help, I really appreciate it. :D

I have a Western Digital MyBook 500GB, and it's been an awesome drive. I had been using it to backup my files when I had my old Dell, and it works just as well with my new MacBook Pro. Problem is that it's huge, and it's not particularly portable.

I'm leaning towards replacing my MacBook's 160GB drive with something bigger though, maybe one of the new 500GB or WD's 640 GB drive.
