    oh scary... 40000 morbidly obese christians wearing fanny packs invading europe is probably the least scariest thing since I watched an edited version of The Care Bears movie in an extremely brightly lit cinema.

    Hmmm ... No, you're not an annoying fuck ... If anything, I think you've mellowed somewhat over time. What used to get me worked up was your tendency towards really black and white thinking on the Israel-Palestine issue ... Someone (often me) would call you on it, and then you'd start labelling people who disagree with your strong arguments in various ways, which compounded the problem. Its probably not fair to make you out to be the only culprit, of course. I probably did my fair share of beaking at you as well. I still try to argue a balanced approach on Israel on here from time to time, and the same polarizing blaming arguments get used. If its any consolation, you guys have changed my thinking on the issue, because lurking somewhere in the bombast is more than a little bit of truth. Honestly, I'd try more measured ways of speaking truth, though. People's minds shut off when the accusations of brainwashing start to fly.

    norm said on AET that he thinks ss let his membership lapse....think we lost Roland when the board went pay only (tho I swear he's posted since). This board has def lost a lot of quality members over the last couple years, and the board change didn't help :(

    yeah when the board switched we lost a lot of good people. i still wonder whatever became of a lot of them. we also lost a great person when hippiemom passed away.

    Jlew is fine we talk sports and pearl jam on his photography website. He takes breaks from here when things get to firey or personal i believe.
