Just want to say thank you to the cool people at Easy Street Records.... I ordered some merchandise from them and I screwed up the size when I ordered.
Well... I called them to do an exchange and they were beyond helpful - let's just say it was probably the best customer service experience I ever had. Plus they threw in some Easy Street and Pearl Jam stickers to boot.
Just another good reason to support the little guys when you can - no way would I get service like that from Target
